General & Freelance Process

I have over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience working with global clients across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones. I utilize asynchronous communication tools (Slack, email, project management portals) and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate essential real-time meetings. We establish clear communication windows during the project kick-off.

My process typically follows four steps: 1. Initial Consultation (discussing requirements/goals); 2. Proposal & Scope Definition (detailed quote and timeline); 3. Agreement & Deposit (signing contract, initial payment); 4. Project Kick-off (accessing data, storyboards, or source materials).

Depending on the client’s preference, I am comfortable working within Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Teams. For smaller projects, I provide structured milestone updates via email or Slack.

Yes. A signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) is required before commencing any project to protect both parties regarding scope, payments, and deliverables. I am also happy to sign your standard NDA to protect your intellectual property and data.

For large datasets, course files, or video source materials, I provide secure transfer options via Dropbox, Google Drive (shared drive with strict permissions), or Microsoft OneDrive. For extremely sensitive data, I adhere to the client’s preferred secure file transfer protocol (SFTP).

E-Learning & Instructional Design

My foundational approach is rooted in the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). However, for rapid development projects or Agile environments, I utilize SAM (Successive Approximation Model) to ensure iterative feedback and faster delivery without sacrificing quality.

I have expert-level proficiency in both. I recommend Storyline 360 for high-complexity, highly customized, simulation-heavy, or scenario-based learning where specific triggers and variables are required. I recommend Rise 360 for fully responsive, slick, mobile-first courses with faster turnaround times, often enhancing them with embedded Storyline blocks.

Yes. I manage the technical side of localization. I export translation-ready formats (XLIFF/XML) from Articulate, liaise with your translators (or utilize high-quality AI translation tools), and re-import the translated content, fixing any layout shifts, synchronization issues, or cultural asset adjustments needed for the target audience.

All my authoring outputs are standard-compliant (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 3rd/4th Edition, AICC, or xAPI/Tin Can). I work closely with your LMS administrators to troubleshoot tracking, reporting, or completion status issues during the Implementation phase.

I use AI video generation (Synthesia, Colossyan, HeyGen) to create realistic digital “presenters” for course introductions, scenario analyses, or policy explainers. I script and generate the avatars, then seamlessly embed the MP4 output into Storyline or Rise, synchronizing them with course elements to make the learning more engaging.

Data Analytics & Power BI

Data security is paramount. I recommend anonymizing sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before sharing data. If that’s not possible, I work on client-provisioned virtual environments via secure remote access (VPN/RDP). I never store client data locally unless specifically requested, and it is permanently deleted upon project completion and acceptance.

Beyond standard visualization, I specialize in advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex measure calculation, advanced Power Query (M) for robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation for tailored user views, and optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets.

Yes. I can write custom SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and model data directly from your relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure the Power BI semantic model is lean, accurate, and efficient.

Absolutely. This is a common request. I perform a usability and aesthetic audit of your existing Power BI or Tableau reports and redesign them applying strict data visualization best practices, focusing on analytical storytelling, reduced cognitive load, and your corporate branding.

Video Development & Motion Graphics

I specialize in corporate “explainer” videos, 2D vector animation, software/product simulations, training compilations, marketing motion graphics, and advanced AI-synthesized presenter videos. I primarily use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

I source licensed background music and sound effects from premium stock libraries (included in the quote). For voiceovers, I can manage localization using high-end AI voice cloning (ElevenLabs) or liaise with professional human voice actors in the required languages (requires additional budget).

Yes, provided the source files are compatible with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator). Updating older projects may require auditing the file structure first to ensure all assets are relinked correctly.

Final delivery is typically an MP4 (H.264) optimized for web streaming or Learning Management Systems. If you require alternative formats (ProRes for broadcast, WebM, etc.) or specific compression settings, please let me know before production begins.

AI, ML & Web UI Design

My focus is on applied AI solutions that optimize workflows. Examples include utilizing Python for Natural Language Processing (NLP) in sentiment analysis of training feedback, deploying Computer Vision models for object detection, or creating predictive regression models to analyze learner completion data.

I utilize a user-centric design approach. Starting with a clear understanding of the user journey and information architecture, I create low-fidelity wireframes, iterative interactive prototypes (often using Figma or Adobe XD), and final high-fidelity UI designs that focus on usability, clean aesthetics, and conversion.

Yes, I can. I bridge the gap between design and development by providing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript implementation, ensuring the final interactive product matches the UI/UX conceptual vision.

Logistics, Pricing & Revisions

For most defined projects (E-Learning course, specific Power BI Dashboard), I prefer a Fixed Price structure based on a detailed Statement of Work (SOW). For consulting, auditing, or ongoing data modeling, I operate on an Hourly Rate. Custom quotes are provided after the initial free consultation.

Timelines vary based on complexity. A 30-minute standard E-Learning course might take 4–6 weeks. A complex Power BI Dashboard with ETL could take 3–5 weeks. Expedited options are available but may incur additional fees.

Unless specified otherwise in the SOW, my standard contract includes two major revision cycles: 1. Prototype/Draft Review; 2. Pre-Final Delivery Review. Additional revisions after acceptance of final delivery will require a separate quote.

For international clients, I prefer secure wire transfers (SWIFT/IBAN) or platforms like Wise or Payoneer to minimize fees. I primarily accept USD, EUR, GBP, or INR based on the contract agreement. Payment is typically structured as 50% Upfront, 50% upon Final Delivery.
